How to Make a Warranty Claim

When a purchaser make a warranty claim for a defective MTE4x4shocks product, the product must be inspected to see if the product qualifies for replacement.

To make a claim under this warranty, return the defective product to an authorized MTE4x4shocks dealer for verification and exchange. A valid copy of the original dated retail proof of purchase receipt must accompany any warranty claim.

If the provisions of this warranty are met, the product will be replaced with a new one.

Warranty claims will not be honored for products that:

a. Are worn, but not defective.

b. Installed on non-cataloged applications

c. Purchased from un-authorized MTE4x4shocks distributor

d. Are improperly installed, modified or abused;

e. Are installed on vehicles for commercial or racing purposes
